This is my Story

After training and facilitating for the best part of a decade, I found working with women and encouraging them to achieve their dreams and reach success was where my passion lied. After becoming a mother, I had a compelling need to conquer my own unwanted habits and insecurities.  Through this process I came to realise how much I had neglected so many parts of me, some since childhood. I knew I wanted so much more for myself, and for my daughter.  Embarking on the journey to become a coach has been life changing.  Seeing clients achieve breakthroughs, gain clarity, and strive to success fills my work with meaning and fulfillment.
